Downtown Farmers Market Committee

The Downtown Windsor Farmers’ Market is a not-for-profit  sub-committee of the Downtown Residents Association and works to build a stronger sense of community, restore the positive image of downtown and bring vitality back to our city. Each week the market brings 30 area farmers and small vendors to the former bus station on University Avenue.  Market days delight the senses with colourful and aromatic produce paired with the harmonious sounds of happy shoppers and musicians. Farm tables at the market are loaded with the region’s freshest fruits and vegetables, organic produce, beef, fish, jams, nuts, cut flowers, fresh bread and other goods.  Artisans and side vendors compliment the many farm offerings. If you would like to join this committee, please send an email to or visit our information table at the market. The market is family-friendly and accessible.  Visit us soon!
